Choosing a design package holds your event date, while our team of designers and artists work on a custom visual guide and decor proposal specifically for you.

All of your final documents are shared with anyone authorized by you in an online private portal to help keep the planning process from becoming an overwhelming number of emails.

At one time we offered packages for select venues, but the truth is that EVERY event deserves its own unique touches. For the same price as a package would cost, we build a custom a la carte proposal for you. Our current event minimums for corporate events are $4K within the city of Billings, and $6K outside of Billings. Every Better to gather booking get’s the benefit of the following guaranteed services.

All Better To Gather clients receive:

• Decor & Floor plan design for your chosen venue.

• Access to our free shipping discount with our preferred linen vendor

• Assistance from your “Better to Gather” designer securing and managing sub-rentals critical to your event aesthetics.

• Access to a digital portal that can be viewed by your internal team to keep the design and budget in mind as you plan

• Two-face-to-face meetings: 1 initial consultation and 1 30-day prior to your event to ensure logistics are ironed out with all vendors

• Licensed and insured set-up and tear-down of all Better to Gather decor
