Think about it, do you “doodle” while on the phone, or making a list? Your fingers are releasing energy while your brain is working….This very relaxing type of drawing allows you to create something beautiful without the need for extensive lessons, talent or time. In each session you will create at least 1 project…card, picture, accessory, the list is endless. Eventually sessions will jump into the coloring aspect of doodling. Bring a friend and come unwind….your body, mind and soul.
Weather permitting we can take our doodling outside and enjoy some fresh air on the newly opened patio where you can also order refreshing summer drinks from Trailhead Spirits. *Feel free to bring your own snacks and make a nice night of it.
Doodle to De-stress nights will happen on a monthly basis on the 2nd and last Wednesday of each month from 6-7pm. You can pay $12 each time or you can pre-register for a bundle of four doodle-therapy sessions at $40 for all four (this is a savings of $8 and a free drink on us!)
