From the emotional to the spiritual, and even the physical, many writers attest to the benefits of writing. In this journaling course, explore the variety of ways the written word can benefit your everyday life. Under the guidance of local writer Anna Paige, course attendees will be challenged to cultivate a writing practice and find ways to incorporate writing into their daily life. Class fees include a journal for personalization and three instructional sessions, with the option of publishing one work that results from the workshop.
