With over 15+ years of experience in the special events industry and a formal background in design. Cassie cultivated her skills working for Kehoe Designs in Chicago and her gifts for organization, attention to detail, creative imagination, concept design and contagious enthusiasm have earned her a reputation for unparalleled excellence. When she's not busy supporting our clients she loves taking her pugs for long walks, dancing while no ones looking, and going on adventures in this beautiful big backyard we call home sweet Montana!

Ashley Michel - Director of Event Production
Ashley is an amazing artist with a talent for craft and construction there isn't a creative project she can't tackle. She learned to think on her feet backstage setting up for large concerts and theatrical performances and while she isn't one to jump out on stage herself she's a rockstar behind the scenes. Some of our most successful events have her signature on them from hand sewn fabrics to one of a kind custom props, and small special touches like pretty place cards and thoughtful details done from scratch. It also doesn't hurt that she's one of the most down to earth and sweetest human beings we've ever met.

Event Set-Up Staff

Better To Gather is always looking for qualified hard-working event set-up and tear-down crew. While we are currently unable to offer regular set hours, we do offer competitive flat-rate pay on a per-event basis. This often entails weekend and/or late evening work, though the schedule varies significantly depending on the events we've booked. Sarah Dennis - Private Parties Coordinator & Event Decorator
Sarah has an infectious love for decorating. If you don't have a clue where to start and just want someone to come in and save you from the explosion of ideas on your "Pinterest" board. Don't panic. Just keep calm and call Sarah! As a momma of two sweet little ones she has a real heart for helping our clients plan those special small and intimate occasions, from family gatherings, to sweet at home shin digs. If you call to rent our studio space or if you want help decorating for your next occasion at home then Sarah will be the one to walk you through everything.

Christopher LaGreca - Onsite Event Coordinator & Chief Financial Officer
Chris is our rock. He organizes the teams of helpers that go onsite and puts the muscle and elbow grease into transforming venue's all over Montana. An expert at solving complicated spacial problems, hanging draping, and programming lighting he's the on-site man with a plan. Tracking inventory, and keeping our staff organized and working towards the shared goal of making your event come to life is what he does best. He's always willing to go that little extra mile to make sure things are just right for all of us just fuel him with lots of cups of coffee and he our event set up crew will work though the night if that is what it takes!

Lindsay Richardson - Event Designer

Lindsay got her start in the special events world over 12 years ago, assisting with the coordination of large scale community events in her home city of San Jose, California. She studied Mass Communication and Advertising at San Jose State University. After graduating, Lindsay used her marketing and advertising knowledge and skilled eye for design to help multiple small businesses with their visual marketing needs.

When Lindsay joined the Better to Gather design team in September of 2016, it was immediately clear she was exactly where she belonged. She truly loves the event design process. As a true extrovert, she really enjoys meeting with her clients to get to know them and learn more about the event their envisioning. She finds joy in uncovering elements of her client's personality that she can include in their event's design - It's those little things that make an event unique to each client.
